Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and we ask for the same understanding in return, so that this time can be dedicated fully to those who need it.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If notice is not given within this timeframe, the session will be charged as delivered.

Once a coaching programme has begun, amounts already paid are non-refundable. This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers within 14 days of contracting the service at a distance, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
