Privacy Policy
Confidentiality and the protection of your personal data are foundational pillars of the relationship we establish. I take as an absolute priority the safeguarding of your privacy, ensuring that all personal data is handled responsibly, ethically, and in full compliance with European data protection legislation (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Personal data collected within the context of the coaching relationship, including information voluntarily shared, session notes, forms, or any other materials arising from the coaching process is stored securely within the ReHuman Lab systems and retained only for the duration strictly necessary to the professional relationship.
Such materials will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months following the conclusion of the coaching engagement, after which they will be permanently and securely deleted.
Access to any records or session-related materials may be requested in writing via email at: [Introduzir email], in accordance with your rights to access, rectification, or erasure of personal data.
While coaching is grounded in a relationship of trust and proximity, it is essential to clarify its ethical and professional boundaries. A coach is not a psychotherapist, psychologist, consultant, or educator. Coaching is a present- and future-oriented process focused on activating the wisdom, internal resources, and capacity for choice that already reside within each client. Where appropriate, referrals to qualified healthcare or specialist professionals will be recommended.
This coaching practice is conducted in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, upholding principles of integrity, responsibility, professional competence, and the protection of client well-being.
Sessions are conducted online via the Zoom platform, ensuring a confidential, secure, and supportive environment for presence and meaningful work.
