Embracing Your True Self by Recognizing Your Inherent Wholeness
Coaching is recognized as one of the most powerful processes available to individuals who are either ready or willing to examine their lives in greater depth. Through coaching, people can gain clearer insight into their personal circumstances and take meaningful steps forward. This approach encourages intentional action, promotes freedom, and allows for greater ease as individuals progress toward their goals.
Our Coaching Approach at ReHuman Lab
Honest, held and continous progress.
Exploratory Session: Your Starting Point
Every coaching process at ReHuman Lab begins with an Exploratory Session. This is a 45-minute conversation where we listen attentively, ask thoughtful and honest questions, and collaboratively work to understand what your unique situation requires. There are no pressure and no predetermined outcome just a commitment to achieving clarity together.
Discovering Patterns and Making Meaningful Choices
Throughout the process, you will notice patterns that were previously hidden from view. You will learn to feel what you once avoided, regulate emotions or situations that once felt overwhelming, and make decisions from a place that is grounded, integrated, and truly your own.
Personalized Process Built Around You
After the initial session, your coaching journey is designed entirely around your needs: your pace, your goals, your readiness, and your existing strengths. We recognize that everyone who comes to ReHuman Lab already possesses islands of competence, lived wisdom, and capacity. These qualities deserve acknowledgment before anything new is introduced.
Growth Through Honest Work
This work is not always comfortable, but it is always honest. No matter what, every step is taken in service of your personal growth.

What Is Coaching?
A structured, forward-moving conversation
Understanding Coaching
Coaching is distinct from therapy, advice, or mentorship, although it does share some similarities with these approaches. Fundamentally, coaching is a structured and deeply human process. It is designed to help you access your internal resources: your strengths, your innate wisdom, and your natural ability to grow and learn. Through coaching, you are empowered to move forward from a place of authenticity, rather than being driven by habit, inherited patterns, fear, or the expectations of others.
The Role of the Coach
A coach's purpose is not to provide you with answers or directives. Instead, the coach creates an environment in which you can finally listen to yourself clearly. In this space, you can discern what you truly need to do and begin to build the inner foundation required to take meaningful action.
The Definition of Coaching
The International Coaching Federation (ICF), recognized globally as the standard for professional coaching, defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” At ReHuman Lab, we embrace this definition and take it further. We recognize that potential is not something that must be unlocked from the outside; rather, it already exists within you. Our role is simply to create the right conditions for your potential to emerge naturally.
Five Frameworks: A Unified, Human-Centered Approach
The ReHuman Coaching Approach: A Multi-Framework Foundation
The ReHuman coaching approach is not built on a single model. Instead, it is the result of rigorous training across five distinct and complementary frameworks, each bringing a different layer of depth, precision, and humanity to the work. And as our team grows we will integrate other frameworks to better serve our clients.
Framework 01 — Trauma-Informed Coaching
Moving the Human Spirit · ICF Accredited
Every person who enters a coaching process brings a history with them. Some parts of this history are visible and acknowledged, while much of it operates quietly in the background, shaping responses, limiting choices, and creating patterns that can seem unchangeable.
Trauma-informed coaching does not treat trauma in a clinical sense. Instead, it works with an understanding of how traumatic experiences reside in the nervous system and influence behavior, creating a space of genuine safety in which clients can access their inner resources, build resilience, and move forward in a way that is sustainable and truly their own. This approach is solution-focused, non-clinical, and always oriented toward growth.
Framework 02 — ICF Professional Coaching Standards
International Coaching Federation
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) represents the gold standard in professional coaching worldwide—a rigorous ethical and competency framework that ensures every coaching interaction is grounded in integrity, client autonomy, and measurable, meaningful progress.
ICF-certified coaching means working with a practitioner who has been trained, assessed, and held to the highest professional standards in the field. It means the process has structure, your autonomy is always at the center, and confidentiality is maintained—what happens in the room stays in the room.
Framework 03 — Harvard Medical School Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching
Foundational Lifestyle Pyramid · Dr. Beth Frates
The six pillars of lifestyle are not simply wellness trends. They are the biological foundations upon which every other aspect of human functioning depends.
The Harvard Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching framework incorporates the most current evidence-based research into the coaching process, equipping clients to make informed, lasting lifestyle changes that are compassionate, realistic, and deeply aligned with who they are. Sustainable wellbeing is never cosmetic; it is structural.
Framework 04 — Neuroscience & Behavioral Transformation
The brain is not fixed. Neuroplasticity (the brain's lifelong capacity to reorganize itself in response to new experiences) is the biological foundation of everything we do. Understanding how the nervous system stores experience, generates behavior, and responds to safety and threat enables work at the level where change is possible, not just where it is most visible.
This framework brings scientific rigor to the coaching process, ensuring that every intervention is grounded not just in intention, but in how human beings change at a neurological level. Insight opens the door; the nervous system walks through it.
Framework 05 — Somatic & Intimacy and Relationship
Somatica Institute
The body is not a passive participant in the coaching process; it is one of its most precise and intelligent instruments. Somatic coaching works with the felt sense, the physical experience of emotion, patterns, and responses as a primary source of information and transformation.
Combined with relational intelligence, which recognizes that we are shaped by our relationships and that we experience the most profound growth within them, this framework ensures that coaching at ReHuman Lab is never purely cognitive. It is embodied, relational, and alive to the full complexity of what it means to be human.
