10. Ethical and professional boundaries of coaching
While coaching is grounded in a relationship of trust and proximity, it is essential to clarify its ethical and professional boundaries. A coach is not a psychotherapist, psychologist, consultant, or educator. Coaching is a present- and future-oriented process focused on activating the wisdom, internal resources, and capacity for choice that already reside within each client. Where appropriate, referrals to qualified healthcare or specialist professionals will be recommended.
This coaching practice is conducted in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, upholding principles of integrity, responsibility, professional competence, and the protection of client well-being.
Sessions are conducted online via the Zoom platform, ensuring a confidential, secure, and supportive environment.
11. Minors
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age without the consent and support of a legal guardian.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically. The date of the last update is always indicated at the end of this document.
